Our brunch and lunch sections of the menu are inspired by the

keto (low-carb, high fat) diet. Keto is very popular in South Africa and is known as the Banting diet. Even if you do now follow these diets the meals are still delicious, healthy and could be supplemented with a side of your choice.

Brunch

Pancakes made with eggs, coconut flour, parmesan and spinach with sliced avocado, bacon and Amanzi's homemade chilli/baobab hot sauce

Fluffy waffles made with coconut flour, eggs and almond milk . Topped with fresh strawberries, blueberries, pecan nuts, dark chocolate & cream sauce and clotted cream
