Matured Cornish  beef fillet served on a sweet potato dauphinoise, porchini mushroom

quenelle, a panchetta crisp and finished with a marrow-bone  & red wine jus

Braaied (char-grilled) and marinated   juicy rump steak cubes

on a skewer with peppers and shallots, served with chunky chips and garlic butter

Basted pork spare ribs served with chunky chips and a mielie

Lightly spiced mutton, almonds and raisins with a baked egg and cream topping
